Enhance your Career, Status and Income with the Business Process Modelling using BPMN and UML course. Earn minimum £45K with your BPMN and UML Skills. The BPMN and UML course provides step-by-step instructions on how to perform a variety of BPMN and UML modelling tasks for activities based on real-life work scenarios. This Course introduces business process modelling using the BPMN and the UML process modelling standard. This Course will show how BPMN and UML can support different Methodologies as well as different modelling goals (e.g., Use-Cases, orchestration and choreography), using actual business processes as examples. Sample business models will also be presented and explored to illustrate the main concepts and notational innovations. This course starts with the definition of BPMN, an explanation of its history and the principles behind its design. It then explains two groups of elements, including use cases and selected examples. The course covers elements from the latest release – BPMN 2.0. Students are presented exercises and required to bring a laptop – they will use a Windows-based, BPMN modelling tool to create the exercise answers. The WebLearning hands-on series reduces the time spent investigating what steps are required to perform a task. Because the step-by-step solutions are built for practical real world situations, not only is knowledge gained through valuable hands-on experience, but also the solutions presented may then be used as the foundation for production implementation, dramatically reducing time to deployment.
