There are a countless number of students all over the world who love learning, but hate school; they love to learn and expand their knowledge of the world, but feel restrained by the limits of the mainstream schooling system. Having been one of these students herself, Faye’s mission is to teach such students how to get back to the basics of education: to rediscover their love for learning, and then to action this love in a way that is productive, sustainable, and, above all, enjoyable.
Faye became home-schooled before she had even hit her teens, and quickly found herself overwhelmed at the prospect of completely independently handling her own education for the foreseeable future. After countless instances of trial-and-error, a whole lot of self-doubt, and a real uphill struggle, she finally identified the pieces that need to be put in place in order for a successful home-schooling journey to materialise. From that point, she went on to attain a number of qualifications that would later surpass those of her future college professors whilst she was still barely a teen, publish four books, receive an unconditional offer to a prestigious college in her area, and build up her self-teaching business from the ground. It is now her mission to get her students to cut out the middle man that she battled during the early years of her home-schooling journey and to equip them from the get-go with all the tools they need to completely maximise on their potential—but in a way that is balanced, sustainable, and inherently motivating.
